The Fine Print & PFD Explanation

What is PFD?

PFD garments or "Prepared For Dyeing," have a few differences from regular shirts. The only difference of real importance is that the stitching takes the dye. On regular t-shirts, the stiching will stay white. On light colored dyes it's very hard to see the difference. On darker tie-dyes and solid "dipped" areas it can be quite noticeable. Some people love the contrast that the white stitching provides, while others prefer the PFD look.

The Fine Print

• All printable garments are dyed to order. Because we do not stock these items in inventory, there are no returns on all printable tie-dyes unless the goods are defective or damaged.

• Order minimums: 6 piece minimum for Crackle Vat Dyes, Pinwheel Vat Dyes, Bamboo Vat Dyes, and Watercolors. 12 piece minimum for the other styles.

• PFD garments are available where noted on price guide. Please read above for additional information.
IMPORTANT: All garments automatically come with poly thread unless otherwise specified.

• True to the nature of the tie-dye, shade variations may occur from piece to piece. This is a reflection of the custom-crafted look that makes each tie-dye unique.
